It is with a heavy heart that we share that Michael Medford passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 7, 2024. He was abundantly grateful to all of his guests and homeowners over the years. Thank you for being part of his beautiful life. He will be missed greatly by all of us.

If you have an existing reservation, please know that we are honoring those reservations. Unless we contact you directly with new instructions, please plan to arrive at the YVR office to pick up your registration card and arrival instructions. Please do not forget to include your credit card number for your final payment as we do not have many of them on file.

In this sparkling, yet cozy, newer home with comfortable furnishings and an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Vaulted ceilings and skylights confer an airy feel to the entire space. You're just a short walk away from the beach along a grassy path.

Large windows offer panoramic views of the ocean and bay. Outside, you will find a a new and larger deck with outdoor furniture, rolling umbrella and a natural meadow backyard, with nothing else except Yachats Ocean Road between you and the ocean. Since the home is on a secluded street, the only sound you'll hear will be the gentle waves. For your convenience, there's a two-car garage, and even a crib and high-chair for the littles.
