Rich's first trip to Yachats and he already wants to move here! The friendliness of people is one of the first things he noticed. Then, the beautiful scenery made him speechless. The Ripple is one of the best places to sit and enjoy the majesty of the ocean. We've eaten ourselves silly and we still have 4 days left! AND, yes it's true, we already booked our next vacation through Michael Medford. Michael makes booking so easy and wonderful. We love Yachats!

My family loves Yachats, Oregon! Our favorite rental home is the Ripple and our favorite rental person is Michael Medford. We've been renting through YVR since 2002 and wouldn't have it any other way. My family loves watching the crashing waves, playing on the rocks, dining in the fabulous restaurants in and around Yachats, and being made to feel as if we are part of the community. The people of Yachats are a very warm and amazing group! Michael makes renting a vacation home a breeze. I have recommended YVR and Michael to all of my friends! Thanks for sharing your part of paradise with the rest of us.

Once again, we decided to take a spur-of-the-moment trip to the coast, and we were able to arrange that quickly, easily, and efficiently on YVR's new website...excellent new layout and design! We stayed at the RoundRock House this time, and enjoyed the view and all the different phases of weather from rainstorm to sunshine. Our grandson helped us spot the sea lions and the crab boats, and we went for long adventure walks on the beach. We shared our pics with friends, and now they want to visit too!

We have been renting from Yachats Village Rentals for the better part of 22 years. We have spent almost all of our last 22 anniversaries at Sparkling Sands (#11). We have seen many changes over the years and it just keeps getting better. Everything is so well kept. We so appreciate that they accept our pets, big, small or otherwise! There have been alot of them come and go over the years. My son who is now 27 still feels like it is his second home!!

Michael Medford is just awesome to work with! We can't wait for our next visit in April!!

There just isn't anybody better than Yachats Village Rentals!!

We've just booked ahead for next summer's vacation in lovely Yachats, the most delightfully consistent thing we've done with our family over the last 20+ years of moving around. We always look forward to tide-pool hopping, dining in local restaurants, wildlife viewing, hiking, and photographing the splendors of this little piece of heaven. YVR's homes are perfect places for total relaxation, each with its own special charms....Thanks, Michael, for your caring management all these years!
