Our family just stayed in Yachats for 3 nights during our vacation. We stayed in #18 Carousel (2 adults + 2 teenagers 19 & 17). The location, accommodations and price exceeded expectations. Nothing fancy but had everything needed. We saw whales & seals very first night. So nice to be able to walk to shops, restaurants & grocery store. Even had Farmers Market in town on Sunday. The trail system throughout Yachats allowed us to access a 2 mile stretch of beach or to the OCT trail at Cape Perpetua. Michael was very responsive for all questions/needs during the stay. Excellent experience!

We were the first to rent the Wheelhouse. What an awesome home, very well appointed and has everything you would need, super clean and comfy - just a great home overall. The ocean view from this home was awesome, even at night. Pet friendly so we were able to have our "kids" with us. Michael was the BEST property manager we have ever dealt with and made this trip that much better. We will definitely be back and will only use Yachats Vacation Rentals from here on out. Can't wait until our next visit. Thanks so much for a great weekend getaway!

The Round Rock house was very nicely furnished, and very clean. Michael is very helpful and easy to deal with. He makes the arrangements quite painless. We have been coming to Yachats every year for 12 years, and from now on, will only rent from Michael at Yachats Village. We have had some bad experiences from other rental places over the years, and last year through another agency, the house wasn't even cleaned. You could write your name on all of the furniture, the floors were not vacuumed or washed, the beds were slept in and unwashed, and even after they sent someone to clean it, it was still filthy. Thank you Michael for the wonderful house and great vacation.

What a great way to welcome the New Year and enjoy the Oregon coast at the Carousel! Thank you, Michael. We cannot give you credit for the wonderful weather for our stay; but we tip our hat to you for your great service and quality homes. I've lost track of how many times we've stayed in a Yachats Village Rental..seems like it must be 12. We are already looking forward to visit #13.

Woke up this morning in a Yachats state of mind. Here in Idaho it is a little rainy and a little misty, my favorite kind of morning in Yachats. Still another 4 long months before we head once again for Round Rock and a week of recharging for the upcoming year. Michael does such an amazing job as a property manager, we always know everything will be perfect.
